Stephanie E. Rodgers, Board Chair - Former Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid Services for Cuyahoga Community College - Central and Western Campus, Campus Director III- Western Campus.  Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in computer science from Ohio State University, and graduated from the Keller Graduate School of Management with her Master's.  Stephanie has always given her time to the community and church, she held the position of treasurer for the Sims Raiders of the Cleveland Muny Football League also treasurer of her church. As one of the initial incorporators of Minor and Associates, Inc. as the statutory agent, her belief and dedication to the organization is also fueled by the sharing of her fathers life mission. As the sister of Ernest Minor, Minor and Associates, Inc. is not just a company, but a family legacy.

Ernest D. Minor, Sr., Board Director - Executive Director of Minor & Associates, Inc.- Former United States Air Force, Civil Engineering Squadron Electrician and former Cleveland Police Officer, Ernest attended the University of New Mexico and has a Bachelor's in business and entertainment law. With a multi-faceted background over 27 years experience, He started his experience in the entertainment industry as an executive of PHrock Productions, while with this company, he had the opportunity to work with funk legend George Clinton. Throughout his career Ernest  has worked with  Dirty South Productions, LaFace Records, Rave’ Entertainment, Bridgeway Productions, Parallax Entertainment and Real School Records. In June of 2016 as a 501c3 public charity corporation. Minor and Associates, Inc. was created in dedication of his Father, Earl Minor, whose  life evolved around At-Risk youth as a Cleveland Police Juvenile Detective, operating one of the first PAL(Police Athletic League) Centers, a minister and youth program director.

Dr. Tony Minor, Vice Chair -  is the Senior Pastor of the Community of Faith Assembly in Cleveland.  Dr. Minor is a graduate of Morehouse College with a B.A. in English.  The New York Times and USA Today cited him for his work in voter empowerment and election protection through People for the American Way. He has a diverse background and expertise in managing programs that target low-income individuals in the Greater Cleveland area and has held top administrative positions serving in public housing, HIV/AIDS awareness, and fatherhood. He currently serves as the Advocacy Director at the Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry, one of the largest social service agencies in Greater Cleveland, where he has become a leader in environmental justice and leading congregations to address health disparities. 

Debra Massa-Hawkins, Board Director - V.P. of Operations of Minor & Associates, Inc., with credits from Walter State Community College and David N. Myers Business College in Business Communications,Debra has over 20 years experience as the Agency Manager with the Consumer Protection Association, Debra's knowledge of record keeping and office communications plus managing the First Energy Fuel Fund Program dealing with the public in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga and Lorain counties has given her a unique insight into the inter workings of our communities. Debra managed and was the primary liaison of the United Way Annual Campaign for the UW organization. She was a grant writer for the CPU with Cuyahoga County and the United Way, and the CPA representative and liaison for past Board of Directors, contractors and consultants while orchestrating and facilitating all event and agency functions for eighteen years with the agency.   

Lynn Johnson, Board Treasurer - Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Manager, Fifth Third Bank - Lynn Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Lynn Johnson has been with Fifth Third Bank for 8 years as retail Financial Center Manager.  I am responsible for maximizing the growth of deposits, loans, investments and households for consumer and small business clients while directing the day to day operations and remain audit compliant for the finance center. My passion is to educate and provide financial services to individuals, institutions, schools and businesses for opportunities otherwise missed. I am currently on the board of The United Black Fund of Greater Cleveland, Interim Board Chair, Black Women’s Political Action Committee, P.R.Y.D.E., Treasurer and The Phebe Foundation Advisory Board.  

 Crystal Patrick, MBA | Director - Ms. Patrick has a dual undergraduate degree in Choral Music Education and Business Management from Virginia State University. She also obtained her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. A versatile leader, business developer, operations manager and HR professional with over 20 years in business management in private, public, and government sectors. Ms. Patrick is skilled in quickly assimilating new industries, sales goals, business benchmarks, data metrics and surpassing corporate expectations. Ms. C. Patrick’s skills include, but are not limited to, Project Management, Recruitment, Training, P&L, Operations Development, Contract Negotiation, Technical Resource Development, and HR Functions.

Isaac Blair, Board Director - Mr. Blair is a pharmacist, motivational speaker, CEO and founder of Blair Pharmaceutical Enterprises, BPE.  He is from Youngstown, Ohio where he became and still currently supports the Harambe Youth Group and all communities as a whole. He is a proud product of the public-school system.  Isaac has received a Proclamation from his home city of Youngstown for his efforts of going back and giving forward through his time, fiscal support, and willingness to always talk to or with young people and their families.  He stresses that no matter where you are from or where you are at; when life gets you down that you need to Get Up & Keep Pushing Forward!

Sachin Patel, Board Director - B.S. in Finance, Cleveland State University. Knowledgeable in the financial industry with a concentration in home lending, I am committed to helping build the Liberty Home Mortgage brand. My sales team consistently serves the needs of our referral partners by helping their clients achieve their home ownership goals.  I'm also a Real-Estate Investor specializing in Multi-family properties. As a leader of the mortgage sales team in Cleveland OH, my days are spent coaching, originating, mentoring and training our Home Mortgage Consultants in order that they may consistently exceed their personal and professional goals in addition to the needs of their clients. I originate as well as manage a team. My time is fully dedicated in helping clients achieve their goals in home financing along with full dedication to my sales team. Speaking to one another in our business is vital for us to grow as professionals. 

Patrina Stone, Board Director, B.S. in Sociology, John Carroll University,  Masters in Human Resource Management and Project Management.  A Strategic leader and Licensed Real Estate specialist with a successful career spanning over 10 years in both real estate and project development.I have a passion for the property market and enjoy working closely with my clients advising on investments, market or letting their homes and achieving the best possible price in the shortest amount of time. My strong organizational and communication skills go hand in hand with my background in collaborating with diverse teams to give a complete professional service to all my clients. This has won me numerous awards throughout my career including “rookie of the year” award in 2016. A clear indicator of my success and commitment to my role and to my clients. Many of them of which become close friends in the process.

Idrees Dorrough, Program Director  of Music- President of BlaqueRoc Music Group, I.D. for short, was introduced into the music business from birth coming from a family of singers and musicians. Idrees’s mother managed groups in the 60’s into the 70’s. Not playing instruments his self, his talents fell on his mother side, having the ability to spot talent and a musically ear. He cut his business  teeth with PHrock Productions, under Ed Sparks,  leader of “The Elektrikk Sparks Band”. He soon introduced Ernest Minor to Ed Sparks to assist with corporate affairs of the company. He started his own management company called “Nu Life Entertainment” which later merged with MC Management Group, before landing with Bridgeway Productions, a concert promotions company, which he promoted artist and groups such as, “Juvenile, Trillville, Souja Boy, Gucci Mane, Trina, and several others.

Program Directors 

Ms. Sabrina Gregory, Program Director of Performing Arts- a Cleveland native, is the Artistic Director oof ROBLU American Dance Theatre and the Ministry / Arts Director of ROBLU Performing Arts Ministry. She is a proud Alumni of the Karamu House making her debut at Karamu at the age of 15 in the "Karamu Carousel of Stars". She was later casted as Mary in "The Black Nativity". Ms. Gregory choreographed three shows for Karamu, "The Color Purple", "Ain't nothing but the Blues", and "The Wiz".  She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (Dance, Drama and Education) from Lake Erie College and her Master of Arts degree in Education from Marygrove College. Ms. Gregory was an Educator in the Cleveland Municipal School District for 15 years and the Associate Director of Dance for Shaker Heights High School for 13 years.

Ray Austin, Program Director - Ray Austin, Professional Boxer, 2-time Former WBC-USNBC heavyweight Champion defeating Andrew Golota and Owen Beck and IBF, IBO heavyweight contender. Ray Austin’s career stemmed over sixteen years from 1998 to 2014 winning his first fight over Charles Hatcher and his final fight over Earl Ladson. Now Ray, 46 and semi-retired, is focusing on his passion, dis-advantaged and at-risk youth in Greater Cleveland with his unique blend of boxing combined with mentoring and self-discipline sponsored by the Boys and Girls club of Cleveland. The Ray Austin Boxing Camp focuses on youth that have the same passion about the sport but have anger or other issues that may derail them from their dreams and becoming productive young citizens.

Jamal Rahkeera, Program Director of Agriculture- Village Family Farms - Is a Cleveland, Ohio native, is a successful welder and a  self-cultivated trailblazer and pioneer for urban agriculture in Cleveland Ohio, Jamel leads the team that transformed abandoned plots of land into Cleveland’s first black owned and operated farm and farmers market. Growing up in the same neighborhood as the farm Jamel spearheads projects to empower, educate, and employ aged out foster youth in the fields of urban agriculture, urban apiculture, as well as urban ecological conservation, preservation, and rehabilitation. It is this same passion for food access and community that has Jamel setting up Village markets in Cleveland’s largest senior communities and in the food deserts of Cleveland, building up the Historical Hough neighborhood from the Village out as Cleveland’s urban agricultural epicenter.
